1. Acceptance

By installing or using EPR Auto-Tracker (“the App”), operated by MiniSage Tech (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install the App.

2. Description of service

The App reads your Shopify order data and packaging weight mappings to generate compliance reports (LUCID XML, SYDEREP CSV, MITECO CSV, UK EPR CSV) for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) registries in Germany, France, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

3. Not legal advice

The App generates report files based on the data you provide. It does not constitute legal or compliance advice. You remain solely responsible for verifying that the reports meet the requirements of the relevant national registry and for submitting them on time.

4. Subscription and billing

  • Billing is managed by Shopify through the Shopify Billing API.
  • Plans renew automatically every 30 days unless cancelled.
  • The App's billing page explains how to manage or cancel your subscription through Shopify Admin billing. Access continues until Shopify ends the current billing period.
  • Refunds are subject to Shopify's partner billing policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any purpose other than generating lawful EPR compliance reports.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the App.
  • Submit false or misleading data to generate incorrect reports.

6. Data and privacy

Use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process only the data necessary to generate your EPR reports.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniSage Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to regulatory fines, missed deadlines, or incorrect report submissions.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
